We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2019, at the age of 78, Carolyn Sue Puckett (Shepherdsville, Kentucky), born in Lancaster, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Willard and Margie "Lucille" Molisee (Hagan). She is survived by: her husband David Puckett; her daughters, Susan Warrell (Ben) and Mollie Puckett (Samuel Miller); her grandson Paul David Warrell; her brother Billy Molisee (Debbie); and her nephews, Jamie and Mike Molisee.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Mt. Holly United Methodist Church or Gasper River Catholic Youth Camp Retreat.
