He is survived by: his siblings, Charlie Swearingen (Sharon Taylor) of Louisville, Apryl Swearingen of Louisville, Bridgett Swearingen (Kevin Bray) and Justin Burford (Pam); and his nieces and nephews, Brandon, Quinten, Trevor, Jamari, Seth, Bryson, Nikolai, Amber, Brittany, Alexis, Brianna, Cali, Ambriale, Serena and Aryia.
