He is survived by: his children, Melanie Dowell (Jason) of Shepherdsville and Christopher McKinney (Kelli) of Boston; his sister Peggy Archer (John) of Louisville; and his grandchildren, Brittany, Grace, Sophie, Abel and Eli.
