He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Fulkerson and Hattie Mae Fulkerson (Creason); his wife Edna Mae Fulkerson; and his siblings, Orville Fulkerson, William Carroll "Bittems" and Betty Newman.
He is survived by: his sons, Mike Fulkerson (Tammy), Troy Fulkerson (Kim) and Dennis Houston (Diane); his grandchildren, Caleb Fulkerson (Shelby), Connor Fulkerson (Shelby), Rachel Williamson (Lisle), Lauren Fulkerson and Joshua Houston; and his great grandchild Riley Fulkerson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
