She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernetty Shofner and Clifford Thompson; her daughter Debra Ann Perkins; and her brothers, Donnie Shofner and Jason Thompson.
She is survived by: her husband Louie Eugene Perkins; her sons, Anthony Eugene Perkins (Patty) of Hillview, Christopher Louis Perkins (Tera) of Shepherdsville and Clifton Dale Perkins (Nicole) of Shepherdsville; her siblings, Anna Mae Fisher (Robby), Sharon Ellingsworth (Fred), Wayne Thompson (Gail), Randy Thompson (Emma) and Joe Thompson (Kim); her grandchildren, Dallas, Tyler, Zachary, Drew Michael Perkins, Mariah, Jaylen Moore, Alexis and Alyssia Jones; and her sister-in-law Kathy Shofner. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
