She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther G. Stowe and Bernice Mildred Coulombe Stowe; and her sisters, Janice Porter and Jo Jean Jones. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Charlie" Armstrong; and her siblings, June Sanetra (Richard) and Luther Fred Stowe. She is also survived by family members and friends.
