She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester G. Philpot and Annabelle Philpot; her children, David Lee Cook and Billie Jo Stargel; and her siblings, Bradley Philpot, Alice Philpot and Jimmy Ray Philpot.
She is survived by: her children, Drema Schweitzer (Anthony) and Harold Lloyd Cook Jr.; her siblings, John Philpot (Eileen), Pete Philpot, Jerry Frederick (Dennis) and Pam Hall; her sister-in-law Clara Philpot; her grandchildren, Gary Dale Troutman Jr. and Anna Schweitzer McHone (Joel Sr.); and her great grandchildren, Trey, Piper Troutman, Joel Jr., William and Brett McHone. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
