He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Lewis and Francis McDowell Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jaggers Lewis; his children, Pam O'Malley, Brent Lewis, Neal Lewis, Christopher Lewis and Jeff Lewis; his grandchildren, Michael O'Malley, Maria Lewis and Jamie Alvie; his great grandchild Emma Alvie; and his half-brothers, Rodney McDowell (Cathy) and David Lewis (Davita). He is also survived by other nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
