Kendall; his sons, Mike Kendall (Dannette) and Jerry Kendall (Angie); his grandchildren, Danny, Michael, Brooke, Angel, Allie, Phoenix, Jayda, Justice, Lee (Emily) and Derek (Kayla); his great grandchild Ezra; his stepdaughters, Carrie Simms (Chase) and Crystal Hester; his stepgrandchildren, Troi and Atlas; and his siblings, Verna Dixon (Owen), Freddie Kendall (Elaine), Donnie Kendall, Barry Kendall, Kerry Kendall (Sandy) and Carol Bischoff (David). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other dear family and friends.
