He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Faulkner and Ophie Faulkner (Hornback); his sister Diana Lichtefeld; his grandmother Mary Hornback; and his nephews, Troy Brown and Neil Aulick.
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Faulkner (Carman); his daughters, Tiffany Koebel and Ashley Brown (Kenny); his grandchildren, Mckinley Koebel, Mason Koebel, Easton Brown and Greysen Brown; and his sisters, Vickie Aulick (Ed) and Teresa Brown (Kenny). He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
