She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Wilma Decker (Jaggers); her brothers, Ray Decker and Clark Shadburn; her husband Billy Lee Conover; her son Jacob Lee Conover (Tara); her grandchildren, Olivia Miller, Shelby Hardin and Rodney Hardin; her father Willard Decker; her siblings, Beth Radcliff (Michael), Sherrell Decker, Steve Decker (Barbara), Wayne Decker and Bobby Decker (Lisa); and her aunts, Delona Greenwell (Mike) and Janet Waldridge (Mike). She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
