She is survived by: her mother Crystal Householder; her stepfather Terry Householder; her son Dominick Michael Scott-Gabriel; her significant other Robert Johns; her siblings, Charles Johnson and Gina Delle-Grazie; her grandparents, Isabel Cook, Linda Gabriel, Charles Anzelone and Steven Gabriel; and her aunts, Jennifer Anzelone, Jessica Anzelone, Laura Gabriel and Elizabeth Gabriel.
