He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joan Noel and James Leon Noel; and his great-grandparent Jeanne Hall Shaw. He is survived by: his parents, Marilyn McKinney Noel and Bill Noel; his stepmother Kathy Russell-Noel; his stepbrother Shelby Russell; his nephew Liam Russell; and his uncle Jimmy Noel.
