With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William C. Kaag (Shelbyville, Kentucky), who passed away on March 14, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Mildred Gasaway Kaag and Henry Jacob Kaag; and his siblings, Robert Kaag, Dorothy Gray and Norma Nichols.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Bucchino Kaag of Shelbyville, Kentucky; his children, William "Greg" Kaag (Ditas) of Stafford, Virginia, Deborah "Debbie" Schappert (Reinie) of Chesapeake and Kathryn "Kathy" Woods (Stacy) of Bagdad, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Christina Cowley, Caren Cowley, Hannah Woods, Amanda Kaag and Elizabeth Kaag. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Kent United Methodist Church or the Schmidlap Masonic Lodge No. 407 F. & A.M. or Hosparus.
