She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hubbard and Lula Rowena Hubbard (Simpson); her niece Angie Peters; and her brother-in-law Mark Powell. She is survived by: her sons, William Thomas "Tommy" Jeffrey (Ruth) of Cynthiana, Jeff Armstrong (Lisa) of Bardstown, Jay Charles Armstrong (Mendy) of Campbellsburg and James Lee Armstrong (Tammy) of Defoe; her sister Fonda Powell of Campbellsburg; and her niece Christina "Honey" Wagner (Dave) of Campbellsburg, Several.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home (425 N Main St, New Castle, KY 40050). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
