She was predeceased by: her grandmother Harper; her parents, Melvin Thurman and Cynthia Thurman O; her daughter Connie Dunavan McIntosh; her stepdaughter Judy Gayle Harper Gross; her sisters, Geneva O'Nan Aldridge and Betsy O; her grandmother McClain; and her brother Cecil O.
She is survived by: her husband Gayle T. Harper of Shelbyville; her children, George Lee Dunavan of Shelbyville and Ann Harper George (Mike) of Shelbyville; her grandchildren, Melissa McIntosh Raisor (Bryan), Tonya McIntosh Marion, Chip McIntosh (Priscilla), Lee Tyler Dunavan, Jaclyn Dunavan Roth (Adam), Haley George Newton (Josh) and Christina Noel Dunavan; and her stepgrandson Hunter Gross. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
