She is survived by: her husband Douglas Clarke of Bradenton, Florida; her sisters, Claria Caston (Ed) of Bowling Green, Kaye Cook (Bruce Cook) of Greenwood and Beth Merrifield (Greg) of Louisville; and her pet PJ. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
