She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Shader of Shelbyville and Tammy Walker (Kyle); her grandchildren, Jana Lee Stevens of Frankfort, Brandon Shader of Louisville and Tyler Shader of Lexington; her great grandchildren, Ivan White and Gavin White; her brothers, Glen Estes (Karen) of Mt. Eden, William C. Estes of Mt. Eden and Roger D. Estes of Mt. Eden; and her significant other Tippy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and her dog.
