It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vivian Mattingly of Shelbyville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 19th 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her children, Tina, Diego, Trevor and Annette. She is survived by two brothers, Maynard and Arnold Mattingly, three sisters Mary Francis Nation, Victory Stewart, and Jewell Mattingly.
