He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavada Martin Maddox and Vester Ray Maddox, Sr.. He is survived by: his sister Kathy M. Bruner of Shelbyville; his nephews, Troy of Shelbyville and Cory Bruner of Shelbyville; his aunt Sue Carol Cornish of Lawrenceburg; and his uncle Donnie Maddox of Frankfort.
