He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Owen Douglas, Sr. and Edna Corrinne Nowlin Douglas; and his brother Ellis Owen Douglas, Jr.. He is survived by: his sisters, Virginia D. Mitchell (Sherman) of Shelbyville and Carol Ann Douglas of Shelbyville; his nieces, Rebecca Hirst (Timothy) of Shelbyville and Patty Mitchell Winsor of Shelbyville; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brianna Moore of Shepherdsville, Kirsten Whitehouse of Shelbyville, Dylan Riddell of Shelbyville and Lucas Winsor of Shelbyville. He is also survived by his seven great-grandnieces and great-grandnephews.
