Teresa Worden Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teresa Worden of Shelbyville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 2, 2024 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Teresa departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Teresa. Though Teresa may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her brother Murphy Lee Worden, Jr.; and her stepfather Stanley Doyle Smith. She is survived by: her mother Margaret "Sonny" Bryson of St. Petersburg, FL; her nieces, Kayla Diane Worden of Spokane, WA and Olivia Rieffer of St. Louis, MO; her nephew Edmond Rieffer of St. Ann, MO; her friend Dillion McClain of Taylorsville; and her pet Jessie Jane.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Webb Funeral Home (1144 Main St, Shelbyville, KY 40065). A memorial service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to the American Cancer Society in Teri's memory.
