With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Edward Franklin of Shelbyville, Kentucky, who passed away on February 12, 2024 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Wallace "Sonny" and Betty Lee Shepherd Franklin. He is survived by: his spouse Donald Murphy of Shelbyville; his sisters, Peggy Rucker of Alton and Elizabeth Simpson of Waddy; and his in-laws, Norma Lee Murphy, Norma Grace Murphy of Peytona, Judy Tipton, Ronald Murphy (Debbie) of Bagdad and Bobby Murphy (Linda) of Shelbyville. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
