He was predeceased by: his father John Manley Curtis. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Pulliam Dempsey of Shelbyville; his children, Johnathan Scott Curtis of Shelbyville and Brandye Curtis of Shelbyville; his siblings, Kimberly Millard of Richmond and Timothy Curtis of Shelbyville; and the mother of his children Pam Curtis of Shelbyville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
