She is survived by: her children, Tammy Penn of Taylorsville, Angela Sloan (Kevin) of Taylorsville and Joshua Smith of Shelbyville; her sisters, Becky Aubrey and Betty Robertson of Louisville; her grandchildren, Jeremy Smith, Sarah Dailey and Crystal Sloan; and her great grandchildren, Hunter and Mia.
