Thomas of Shelbyville, Kentucky, born in Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on July 12, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Russell and Mildred Van Winkle Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Judy S. Thomas of Shelbyville; his sons, Russell W. Thomas, Jr. (Katy) of Lexington and Jon D. Thomas of Lexington; his stepsons, William D. Bohannon of Louisville, Benton T. Bohannon (Veronica) of Waddy, Christopher B. Bohannon of Henry County and Jefferson A. Davis of Simpsonville; his sisters, Beverly Gibbs (Jerry) of Florida and Connie Hensley (Wayne) of Florida; his grandchildren, Rusty Thomas, Olivia Thomas, Trinity Bohannon, Thomas Bohannon and Aubrie Davis; his aunt Viola Miller; his uncle Bill Van Winkle; and his niece Rosie.
