He is survived by: his wife Theresa Haggard of Shelbyville; his children, Jason Haggard (Melinda) of Shelbyville, Lorrie Pruitt (Rick) of Shelbyville and Melissa Estes (Matt) of Lexington; and his grandchildren, Logan, Ethan, Raegan, Brody, Braden and Mariyah.
