He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert R. Garrow and Cecilia Garrow; and his brothers, Bobby Garrow and Michael Garrow. He is survived by: his wife Beverly R. Garrow (Cook); his children, Tammy Fournia (Scott), Ronnie Garrow, Tim Chon (Kata), Jennifer Brower and Amber Baskett (Matt); and his brother Danny Garrow (Carol). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and one great grandson.
