He was predeceased by: his parents, Parkie S., Sr. and Thelma Gividen (Mattick); his daughter Tammy Schmidt; and his siblings, Alice Archibeck and William F. Ransdell.
He is survived by: his daughter Diane Bollschweiler; his former wife Betty Barnett of Shelbyville; his sister-in-law Betty Ransdell of Bedford; his nephews, Charles Ransdell and Brett Kielen; and his niece Frederica R. Congleton.
