He was predeceased by: his parent Shirley E. Nethery. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Barnett Nethery of Shelbyville; his son Neil Alan Nethery, Jr. (Lindsey) of Shelbyville; his brother Bradley D. Nethery of Elizabethtown; his former wife Carolyn Nethery of Lawrenceburg; his stepchildren, Jacob Simmons (Elizabeth) of Taylorsville and Trina Vanderwerf (Scott) of Hubert; and his nephews, Ryan Nethery of Los Angeles and Sean Nethery of Louisville. He is also survived by his four step-grandchildren and four step-great-grandchildren.
