He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl "Bugsy" Douglas and Carolyn Bailey Douglas; and his brothers, Buster Douglas and Randall Douglas. He is survived by: his significant other Bonnie Ried of Shelbyville; his daughter Tiffany Mathis (Bryan) of Lawrenceburg; his granddaughter Abby Mathis; and his children, Jason Ried (Emily) of Pewee Valley, Betty Owens (Kimbo) of Lockport and Chelcee Hendren (Timmy) of Mount Eden.
