He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenzo Bazan and Maria Luciana Ramirez Bazan; and his brothers, Lupe Bazan, Eulogio Bazan and Nicolas Bazan.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Bazan of Shelbyville; his children, Deborah Swain (Tim) of Shelbyville, Sandra Helton (Jeff) of Shelbyville, Pamela Maria Mathus (Steve) of Shelbyville and Michael David Bazan of San Diego, California; his sister Maria Gonzalez of Brownsville, Texas; his grandchildren, Jennifer Rul-Lan, Michelle Hornung, Sarah McGrew and Steven Hornung; and his great grandchildren, Emelyn and Carlos.
Visitation will be private from 3:00 P. M., until 8:00 P. M., Tuesday, 9th day of February, at the Hall-Taylor Funeral Home of Shelbyville. Social distancing must be observed and anyone entering the funeral home will be required to wear a mask and submit to a temperature check.
