Michael "Mike" James Abbruzzese, 79, of Shelbyville, KY, passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at Signature Health Care in Louisville, KY. Born July 25, 1944 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Biaggio and Theresa Abbruzzese. He was an accountant, Beloved husband, father, grandfather, Mike is survived by his wife, Mildred L. Abbruzzese of Shelbyville; two sons Michael (Reba) Abbruzzese and Daniel (Samantha) Abbruzzese both of California, step daughter Lori Wistling (Brian) of Florida, one grandson, Makai Abruzzese also of California, one brother, Anthony (Marie) Abbruzzese of New York. A private graveside service will be held at Lexington Cemetery, Lexington, KY. Kerr Brothers - Harrodsburg Road is in charge of the arrangements.
