She was predeceased by: her parent Oscar Thomas. She is survived by: her brother Philip Meade; her parent Lillie Mae Perkins Kays; her children, Stephen Bolin (Connie), David W. Bolin, Frankfort, Lynda K. Clark (Bruce), Louisville Konstanzer and Jennifer J. Konstanzer (Ken); and her grandchildren, Blake Bolin (Lydia), Deirdre Calvert (Andy), Lindsay Thornley (Ben), Will Clark (Ana), Rob Clark and Kathryn Konstanzer. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
