"Chuck" Booker (Lavonne) of Atlanta, GA; her siblings, Crevella Bell (Calvin) of Shelbyville, Sammy Patterson (Linda) of Shelbyville, Larry Patterson of Shelbyville and Albert Patterson of Bardstown; and her grandsons, James E. Booker III, Isaac Booker, Joshua Booker and Eric Booker. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
