He is survived by: his parent Addie Smith Phillips; his spouse Dorsie Phillips of Shelbyville; his children, Sandy Roberts Dunn (Greg) of Cave City, Pam Tirey of Energy and Todd Phillips (Peggie) of Frankfort; his sister Ruth Morford of Omaha; his grandchildren, Stephanie Roberts Ulmer (Drew), Matt Roberts, Tyler Roberts, Joshua Tirey, Christina Abbott (Joe), Ashley Thompson and Betsy Phillips; and his great grandchildren, Amelia Ulmer, Maddox Ulmer and Molly Claire Ulmer.
