She is survived by: her children, Anita Payne of Shelbyville, Sheila Renee Moore of Louisville, Charles Rayburn Moore (Carolyn) of Louisville and Donnie C. Moore (Myra) of Louisville; and her sister-in-law Jan Baker of Shelbyville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
