She is survived by: her husband Rathel Warford of Shelbyville; her daughter Nena Warford of Shelbyville; her siblings, Rev. Ted Shouse (Miriam) of Shelbyville, Mary (Shelbyville), Martha Jean Shouse of Lakeland, FL, Wallace Shouse (Martha) of Pleasureville and Fletcher Shouse (Sharon) of Eminence; and her granddaughters, Andrea Horne of Shelbyville and Rachel Warford of Indianapolis, IN. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
