He is survived by: his children, Thomas Ray Smith of Shelbyville, Elvis Smith (Tonya) of Shelbyville, Linda Marie Smith of Panama City, FL and Emma Elaine Gibbs of Shelbyville; his brothers, Danny Joe Mitchell of Willisburg and Curtis Ray Mitchell of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Lilly Marie Smith of Shelbyville, Santana Marie Smith of Shelbyville, Abby Smith of Shelbyville and Zoey Smith of Shelbyville; his close friend Virginia "Shorty" Raisor of Shelbyville; and his nieces and nephews, Chris, Ziggy Mitchell, Danielle Spaulding, Marshall Smith and Emma Smith.
