He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Meadows, Jr. and Nettie Rose Cox Meadows. He is survived by: his wife Connie Meadows of Shelbyville; and his brothers, Ricky Meadows, Rodney Meadows, Mike Davis, Rob Davis and Greg Jansen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
