She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Charles and Ruby Blanche Milton Lane; her sons, Michael Smith and Brian Smith; and her brother Richard Lane.
She is survived by: her son Scott Smith (Cindy) of Shelbyville; her brother Bruce "Jerry" Lane (Pauline) of Taylorsville; her grandchildren, Ashley Coulter (Daniel) of Taylorsville, Amber Smith of Shelbyville, Anndrea Breen (David) of Bagdad, Shelby Sheets (Joseph) of Lawrenceburg and Shayna Smith of Shelbyville; and her great grandchildren, Case Coulter, Rylan Breen, Rhett Breen and Tinley McAninch.
