She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Burgin and Myrtle Duncan Burgin; her husband Lester J. Tindle; her son Edmond Doss Tindle; her siblings, Frances Kerner, Mildred Hawkins, Alberta Ellis, Joann Lisby, Alvin Burgin and Guthrie Burgin; her daughter-in-law Jean Tindle; and her grandsons, Bryan Tindle and Todd Tindle.
She is survived by: her son Raymond Ellis "R. E."; her daughter-in-law Mary Tindle of Taylorsville; and her sister-in-law Evelyn Tindle of Louisville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
