Martinez Hernandez of Shelbyville; his wife Margaret "Maggie" Hernandez of Shelbyville; and his siblings, Naomi Forges (Derrick) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Natheer Hernandez (Doris) of Pendleton, KY. He is also survived by two nieces; three nephews and many friends.
