We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Jennie Dietrich of Shelbyville, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Austin and Eleanor Rogers Austin; and her husband Claude Herbert "Herb" Dietrich. She is survived by: her daughters, Shawna Dietrich (Bruce) of Aiken, SC, Diana Dietrich-Barnes (Johnny) of Simpsonville, Laura Catlett (Brent) of Fisherville, Rebecca Dietrich Goodrich (Scott Mays) of Shelbyville and Amy Dietrich Goodrich (Scott) of Tulsa, OK. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
In her later years, Jennie became an avid reader, so in lieu of flowers, donations are requested in her memory to the Shelby County Library, 309 Eighth St., Shelbyville, KY 40065. Donation envelopes are available at the funeral home.
