He is survived by: his children, Brent Wallace Lea of Nicholasville and Katherine Maria Pennington of Paris Crossing, Indiana; his father Carlyle Lea; his stepmother Janet Lea of Shelbyville; his mother Betty Puttoff; his stepfather Robert Puttoff of Shelbyville; and his half-brother Justin Ryan Lea of Frankfort. He is also survived by his four grandchildren.
