She is survived by: her daughter Elisabeth Anne Dawkins of Shelbyville; her aunts, Sue Ellis, Fannie Covington and Frances Thompson; her sister-in-law Vivian Allen; her niece Amy Allen of Louisville; her nephew Lindsey Allen, Jr. of Shelbyville; and her daughter Rev. Dana Dawkins of Cleveland, OH. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
