He is survived by: his children, Janatta Evans of Louisville, Jermaine Evans of Louisville and Jacoby Evans of Frankfort; the mother of his children Mary K. Evans of Frankfort; and his siblings, Shirley Farris of Louisville, Roxanna Farris of Louisville, Mary Etta Watts of Shelbyville, Connie Farris of Shelbyville and Leon Farris of Shelbyville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends including one special nephew.
