Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jacob Andrew Coulter (Shelbyville, Kentucky), who passed away at the age of 22, on August 29, 2018. He is survived by: his parents, Gayle Coulter Deaton of Shelbyville and Charles Coulter of Louisville; his sibling Carson Maxwell Coulter; and his grandparents, Dorothy Tarter of Louisville, James William Coulter (Bonnie) of Bardstown and Barbara Chance of Louisville. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Franklin County Humane Society.
