It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Whitaker Taylor (Shelbyville, Kentucky), who passed away on January 13, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Taylor (Carol) of Louisville and Garnett Taylor (Debbie) of Shelbyville; and her siblings, Lillian Taylor of Shelbyville and Charles Whittaker of Jeffersonville, Indiana. She is also survived by her four grandchildren and her eight great-grandchildren.
