It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry Dale of Shelbyville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 3, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Allen Whitehouse, Sr. and Georgia Lee King Whitehouse; and his sister Rachel Whitehouse Price. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Whitehouse of Shelbyville; his sister Geraldine Whitehouse Jeffries of Hopkinsville; and his nieces and nephews, Priscilla Whitehouse Quire (Peter) of Frankfort, Bonnie Whitehouse of Shelbyville, Beth Morris of Shelbyville, Jennifer Whitehouse of Cropper, William Whitehouse of Lebanon, Luke Morris of Shelbyville and Terry Whitehouse of Eminence.
Social distancing will be required and anyone entering the funeral home will be required to wear a mask and submit to a temperature check.
